Rolls are listed as Roll width x Roll diameter

What if my product is not listed?
Please call +800 995 9226 with the model number of the machine or description of the product needed. We will search for your product and call you with a quote.
How do I place an order?
You may either use our online ordering system or call us toll free at +800 995 9226. We will be happy to process your order either way.
What is the minimum order?
There is no minimum order.
How and when can I expect my order to be shipped?
We ship most orders FedEx Ground. We ship all orders received before 3:00pm (eastern) same day.
What are the accepted forms of payments?
We accept most major credit cards, checks, and we can ship orders COD (with a fee of $9.00). Please call for any other payment arrangements.

While every effort is made to have correct pricing listed. A1paperrolls.com is not responsible for typographical errors in pricing. If an error is made we will call you with the correct pricing before processing your order.

Do you offer any type of guarantee?
YES. WE offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee, meaning exactly that. You will receive full product replacement or refund if you are not completely satisfied with your order (Please note that shipping charges are not refundable).

What if I purchase a new machine and no longer need the paper I have?
A1paperrolls.com has an answer for that too. We will buy the paper back as long as it was bought from us within a year of purchase and give you full credit towards the new paper you need.

You can rely on A1paperrolls.com to give our best to get your order delivered on time, meeting the “just-in-time” product procurement theology. Please remember all orders placed after 3p.m. EST will be shipped the following day.

Delivery Time
All delivery times are estimates. Orders are usually processed and ready to ship within one business day (business days are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, EST). Common carrier deliveries range from 1 to 10 days for delivery, depending on your proximity to the shipping origin. FedEx ground shipping can take anywhere from one to six days. For additional shipping charges, FedEx 2nd Day Air guarantees delivery of your order by the end of the second business day from when the order was picked up by FedEx. FedEx Next Day Air guarantees delivery of your order by the end of the next business day after your order was picked up by FedEx. FedEx 2nd Day Air & Next Day Air orders received after 4:00 PM Eastern Standard Time will be processed on the following business day.
Shipping Destinations
Currently, we will ship to anywhere in the contiguous United States. We are unable to ship to PO or APO/FPO boxes. If our shipping carrier deems your address inaccessible for delivery, we will make final delivery at the closest shipping terminal. If you are concerned about delivery to your address, please contact us before placing your order.
Orders Damaged by Shipping
Extreme care is taken when packing your order, but on rare occasions, errors may take place. When you receive your order, you should always do the following:

  • While the delivery driver is still there, and before you sign the bill of lading, open, unpack, and carefully inspect your order to check for completeness of order and any damage.
  • Notate any damages or shortages of your order in detail on the freight bill. If the driver refuses to stay while you check your order, write this on the freight bill near your signature.
  • Any problems with your shipment must be reported to A1PaperRolls.com no later than two days after the receipt of your shipment.

A1PaperRolls.com is not responsible for any damaged or missing merchandise if the shipment is signed for as being complete and unharmed.

Returns & Exchanges
We believe that you will be completely satisfied with your purchases and we want to insure that you have an outstanding online shopping experience with A1paperrolls.com.

Therefore, if you are not completely satisfied, we will gladly accept returns, as specified below, for a refund, exchange, or a company credit, whichever you prefer.

With your invoice in hand, please call, e-mail, or fax us to obtain your Return Authorization number (RA#).

All returned merchandise requires a RA# and must be returned in a resalable condition. Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of issuance of RA.

You may return any used or opened merchandise within 30 days of ordering. Shipping Charges are Non-Refundable.

All returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee.

All special made-to-order products are non-refundable and non-returnable.
